Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate for temporary coverage in Dundee. The role requires availability for 15 hours per week with shifts Pattern: 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday, starting as soon as possible.

You will work under a Team Leader, with coaching and support. A customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude is essential, and a smartphone with current OS is needed to use store apps.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and drive sales.
