Job summary

The Festival Operations Infrastructure Supply (FOIS) team seeks a Project Manager to lead production and infrastructure workstreams and manage supplier relationships across UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in a similar position within the live events industry.
Strong understanding of the festival and outdoor event business.
Knowledge of festival and outdoor event management and team structures, processes, and methods is highly preferred.
Must possess strong task management abilities and seek out direction when task list runs out.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Very organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead on the delivery and ongoing development of production-related workstreams.
Identify and research new supplier opportunities to improve terms, service quality or innovation.
Assist in negotiating new commercial deals and rate agreements with production and infrastructure suppliers.
Monitor and maintain existing supplier agreements and ensure terms and service levels are upheld.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers across the festival portfolio and act as day-to-day contact.
Track supplier performance and data to inform negotiations and cost savings.
