Job summary

Care Fertility Nottingham is seeking a Donor Bank Coordinator to join our Donation team. Based in our Nottingham clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting donor recruitment, bank administration, and patient coordination across egg, sperm and embryo pathways.

Working with clinics, donors and external partners, you will help ensure safe, compliant, and compassionate care at every stage of the donation process.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Previous administrative, coordination or healthcare support experience.
• Confidence working with databases and complex information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support donor bank administration including egg, sperm and embryo cryobank activities.
• Coordinate donor material allocation, matching, storage, transfers and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting activities.
• Provide clear, professional information to patients and donors with compassionate service.
