Job summary

TFP Oxford Fertility is seeking a friendly Patient Support administrator to deliver outstanding customer care. You will be the central point for patients, clinicians and staff, handling enquiries in person, by phone and email while supporting administration and payment processes.

You will work within a close-knit team, assisting with funding queries, appointments, test results and steps along the fertility journey, with opportunities to develop within Patient Support.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Experience dealing with patients/customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
• Excellent keyboard/IT skills and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial enquiries via telephone/email within 24 hours.
• Process GP/consultant/self-referrals within 3 days.
• Coordinate with satellite clinics to deliver a seamless patient pathway.
• Explain processes to new patients and those seeking treatment.
• Maintain patient records and invoicing system with payments.
• Document all communications in the patient database.
