• Registered healthcare professional with fertility experience.
• Specialist knowledge in fertility care and clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fertility care and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Support patients through fertility assessments, treatment planning and treatment cycles.
• Provide treatment information, pre-conception advice and emotional support.
• Coordinate and manage treatment pathways in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in on-call telephone support as required.
• Supervise, support and develop colleagues, sharing specialist knowledge and expertise.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
• Develop and maintain competence in specialist and extended-scope fertility practice as appropriate.
