Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Site Fencing & Barriers covering Scotland. You will promote the hire and sale of a manufactured range of site safety, fencing and barrier systems to house builders, developers and main contractors.

The role is a field sales position with about 70% new business and 30% account management, with projects varying in size and scope. You should be hungry, go-getter with IT literacy and a track record in construction sales.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry.
• Ideally sold to contractors and developers.
• Ideally sold something direct to construction sites.
• Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Promote hire and sale of site safety, fencing and barrier systems.
• Target house builders, developers and main contractors such as Persimmon, Kier and Morgan Sindall.
• 70% new business / 30% account management.
