We are a well-known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff. We care for adults aged 19-60 with learning difficulties and mental health issues. Rehability UK offers permanent positions with guaranteed hours, flexible shifts, and Bank Worker contracts.

We support adults with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health, helping them live their best lives. We strive to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services.

We are recruiting for one of our services in Gloucester. The individuals we support have diverse needs, often requiring personal care daily. Support includes helping access the community, attending appointments, and engaging in activities like art, sports, and outings. Support during mealtimes varies from prompting to cooking to full meal preparation.

THE ROLE

This rewarding role involves supporting individuals to live with choice and dignity, helping them achieve personal goals and promote independence. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities include supporting daily routines at home and in the community, such as outings, shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Building positive relationships and fostering independence and confidence are key aspects.

The role requires working weekends and evenings. Our passionate and dedicated team is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for colleagues and service users.

PREVIOUS CARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
