Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker in Tadley to support Heather House’s sixteen residents living with complex neurological, learning and physical disabilities. You will help with daily routines from morning to bedtime, planning person-centered activities and contributing to tailored support plans.

You’ll build therapeutic relationships, keep accurate support notes and be a steady, compassionate presence for the team and residents.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Previous experience in a care/support setting.
• A valid manual UK driving licence.
• The legal right to live and work in the UK.
