Join Our Team as a Female Waking Night Support Worker
Location: | Redhill, Surrey |
Salary: | £12.30 per hour (£22,386 per annum) plus benefits. |
Hours: | 35 hours per week, between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am, Monday to Sunday, on a two-week rolling shift rota. |
Contract: | Full-time, Permanent. |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential. |
Right to Work: | Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No skilled worker visas can be sponsored. |

As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you'll support individuals in their journey towards independence. Your responsibilities include:
You will support a young lady living independently in Redhill, with complex health needs including autism, learning disabilities, and RCDP. Support involves personal care, nutrition, communication (Makaton, picture exchange), mobility, and emotional support. Patience, positivity, and a calm demeanor are essential, especially given her love for activities like rollerblading and her enthusiasm for Christmas music. Being physically fit, reliable, and able to drive is important, as you will work on a 2:1 basis and enjoy outings together.
