Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant in Loughborough (LE11) to provide essential support during the night. You will work 4 nights per week from 9:30pm to 7:15am, with an hourly rate of £12.80, rising to £13.00 from 26 October 2026, and full training provided.

We offer NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care as part of development. DBS checks are required, and sponsorship is not available for this position. Join us to help people live their life, their way.
