Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting Support Workers at Paisley Close in Chesterfield to help people live more independently with dignity. You will join a warm, compassionate team dedicated to person-centred support and making a real difference in everyday life.

Working full-time across 37.5 hours per week, you'll cover early, mid, and sleep-in shifts, providing daily living support, encouraging community involvement, and tailoring assistance to each individual's goals.

Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday–Sunday).
• 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm, and sleep-in shifts.
