Lifeways is seeking Support Workers for Clay Cross to help people live with independence and dignity. This full-time role runs 37.5 hours per week with shifts from early morning to evening, including sleep-ins. You will support daily living skills, encourage community involvement, and tailor support to each person.

Shift Details

• Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday)
• Shifts: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, plus sleep‑ins
