Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting Support Workers for Hall Road, Handsworth, Sheffield. This role focuses on helping people live with dignity and independence, through daily living support and goal setting, in a welcoming team environment.

You will contribute to person-centred care, participate in induction and ongoing development, and join a motivated team that values each person’s progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy are essential.
• Ability to support individuals with varying needs and goals.

• Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday)
• Day shifts between the hours of 07:00–21:00
