A leading support organization is seeking a passionate Female Support Worker to join their team in St Neots. In this part-time role, you'll assist individuals with learning disabilities by helping them access the community and maintain their homes. This position requires flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends. Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in St Neots. As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life. We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our Domiciliary Care Service based in St Neots on a permanent, part time basis 25 hours a week. As you are likely to support more than one person on any one day and travel a short distance from each venue, a driver with access to a vehicle you can use for work is essential. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Currently shifts start as early as 07:00 and evening shifts finish by 18:00. Flexibility is a must as you will need to be available to work across various shifts and venues. This role will not involve any overnight working. We do require alternate weekend working.
