Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker to help people live independently and achieve their goals. You may work in people’s own homes, community services, or care facilities, following personalised plans tailored to individual needs.

No prior care experience is required—just the right attitude. You’ll be friendly, patient and enthusiastic, able to work solo or as part of a supportive team, with flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
