Sense Scotland is seeking a Female Support Worker to join Tulloch Hill in Perth, helping people with complex needs live happy, independent lives. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily living, and support activities in a warm, community-focused setting.

• Helping people enjoy hobbies, activities, holidays, and community outings

• Following support plans and maintaining accurate records

While everyone enjoys the comfort of their own home, the heart of our service is our shared kitchen, dining area, and beautiful communal garden, where friendships flourish, meals are shared, and plenty of laughter is heard.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Female Support Worker, you'll help people live life on their own terms, supporting them to achieve goals, build confidence, and enjoy the things that matter most to them.

Your role could include:

• Supporting with personal care and daily living routines
• Assisting with cooking, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and PICA awareness
• Encouraging independence and developing everyday life skills
• Helping people enjoy hobbies, activities, holidays, and community outings
• Working alongside families and healthcare professionals
• Following support plans and maintaining accurate records
• Creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment every day

One moment you might be supporting someone to learn a new skill, the next you could be out enjoying a trip into the local community, celebrating an achievement, or helping someone achieve a personal goal.

Shift Patterns

We know work-life balance matters, which is why we offer a flexible rota that includes:

• Early Shift: 7:30am - 3:00pm
• Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Night Shift: 10:00pm - 8:00am

We're always happy to discuss flexible working options wherever possible.
