Job Introduction
Do you have a caring nature? Are you looking to make a difference in people's lives? Do you want to work in an environment where no two days are the same? Are you flexible with your working hours? Can you see yourself providing care to adults who need your support?
If you answered YES to these questions, we would love to hear from you.
At Turning Point, we support people with Learning Disabilities across England.

Where will I be working?
We provide support for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
You will deliver a person-centred approach in all aspects of the client’s life, including managing their home, personal care, accessing community facilities, and maintaining contact with important people. Our services are tailored to enable independence. You will support people with learning disabilities, Autism, and other health conditions. You may be asked to attend GP and hospital appointments. A full UK driving license is preferable.
We use a digital social care record system to support daily recording, making your tasks easier and allowing more time to spend with those you support.
Training and Development
We offer training to develop your skills and competencies, not only in care but in other areas too.
Training is provided after your 6-month probation period. You will have a dedicated coach to support your development.
