Job summary

Keane Premier Support Services (KPSS) in Scotland seeks a female support worker to provide person-centred care across South Lanarkshire, including Hamilton, Blantyre, Cambuslang and Rutherglen. The role is full-time, driving is required, and you will work 46 hours per week at £13.45 per hour.

A full induction and ongoing training are provided. Visa sponsorship is limited and timelines apply; candidates must be in the UK and able to work the full hours from start date.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only
• Experience in care or support roles preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
• Live in or near South Lanarkshire for reliable commutes
• Able to work 46 hours per week
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Personal care and support in clients' homes or supported living
• Help with medications and medical appointments
• Assist with meals, shopping, and nutrition
• Household tasks and budgeting support
• Support participation in social activities and community involvement
• Build client confidence and life skills
• Record progress in systems and maintain privacy and dignity
