Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Female Support Worker for days to support a young woman with an ABI in the community and at home. The role is 45 hours per week with a 7am–10pm shift pattern and pays £13.00 per hour, with a focus on independence, wellbeing, and personal goals.

You'll work 1:1, building trust, promoting safety, and following care plans while engaging in sociable activities.

About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting a young woman in her 20s who has an acquired brain injury (ABI). She is sociable, outgoing, and enjoys an active lifestyle, with a strong focus on building her independence. She loves spending time in the community, meeting people, and taking part in activities.

This is a rewarding 1:1 role where you'll support her to access the community, enjoy meaningful activities, and work towards her personal goals. You'll play an important part in helping her live a fulfilling life while promoting her confidence, wellbeing, and independence.
