Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Berwick-upon-Tweed to provide person-centred care and meaningful support to the people we assist. You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence and community involvement, and build strong, trusting relationships in a caring environment.

Full training and ongoing support are provided by the company. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and sessional roles with options for night shifts, and a range of staff benefits and development
