Job summary

Thera Trust is looking for a Female Support Worker to join our Kingsteignton service in Devon. The role offers permanent, full- or part-time hours with salary at £13.30 per hour plus sleep-in enhancement.

You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs in a dynamic environment, helping them gain independence and participate in community activities. This is a fast-paced role: you will respond to changing needs, provide personal care, manage health needs, and maintain

£13.30 per hour + Sleep in enhancement - £51.50 per sleep-in

About the Role

You will be supporting adults with complex health needs and learning disabilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred, strengths-based support tailored to individual needs
• Supporting with complex personal care, including moving & handling
• Providing support with health needs, including medication and specialist routines
• Enabling individuals to access their community, pursue hobbies, and build independence
• Responding proactively to situations, using your initiative and judgement
• Completing accurate, high-quality care records
• Working as part of a supportive and professional team
