We are looking for a female support worker to support our residents, including three ladies and a gentleman, in a small, warm, and lively care home. The role requires a minimum of 30 hours and is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.

Key responsibilities include providing personalized care, supporting residents' individual interests, and promoting their independence and well-being. We value dedicated, flexible, and communicative team members who respect the voices and choices of those they support.
