Voyage Care in Ripley, Derbyshire is seeking a friendly Female Support Worker to help adults gain more independence on a 35-hour contract. You will work as part of a dynamic team to improve daily living skills and community participation. Shifts are on a rota: 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and 10pm-8am.

Driver is essential for this role, enabling flexible placement and activities across the day. We reward dedication with enhanced evening/weekend pay, premium overtime rates and practical benefits like a Blue

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service - Glasshouse Hill in Ripley is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support attending appointments or going for meals, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
