Job summary

Voyage-Care is looking for genuine, hands-on female support workers to join our team in Rugeley. You will help people supported to gain more independence, assist with daily living activities and promote community engagement.

Shifts run 07:30–21:30, with enhanced evening and weekend pay and overtime rates as part of our rewards for dedication. No prior experience is necessary—what matters is a caring attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for improving quality of life.

Job description

Support Worker – Rugeley - £12.72 per hour

Shifts between 07:30 - 21:30

Our supported living service in Rugeley is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
