Job summary

Autonomy Life is seeking a passionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Malvern. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence and dignity through tailored care.

You will be part of a dedicated team providing person-centred support, meaningful training, and a chance to make a genuine difference in people's lives. A full UK driving license is required, and various contracts are available starting from £12.85 per hour.

We support up to 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live with dignity, choice and independence.

This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1

For this role we do require candidates to hold a Full UK Driving License
