Active Care Group in Tonbridge, United Kingdom, is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury at his home in Bidborough.

You will provide personal care and moving and handling, helping maintain independence and comfort on a 7-day on-call rota. This bank/zero-hours role includes full specialist training, holiday pay, pension access, and ongoing clinical support from our leadership teams.

We're looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team, providing for a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury in beautiful Bidborough.Please note: Due to the client's location, a driver is required.Meet the client:Our client is a vibrant, family-focused individual who lives with his wife and children in a welcoming home full of warmth and laughter. Despite living with a spinal cord injury, he leads an energetic life and refuses to be defined by his disability.When he's not crushing it at his demanding day job, you'll find him unwinding with his family.As a Care Assistant, you'll be offering support with personal care and moving and handling, helping to maintain independence and comfort.If you’re kind, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact in someone’s day-to-day life, this is your chance to join a caring team and support someone who’s living life to the fullest.Working Hours:We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and flexible Support Workerto join our team on a bank/zero-hours basis.This role involves providing consistent support for 7 consecutive days, approximately one week per month. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to their allocated 7-day period, which will be agreed in advance.You will be paid 12 hours based on the following typical schedule:Morning routine: approximately 8:00am – 12:00pmAfternoon routine: 4:30pm - 05:00pmEvening routine: approximately 9:30pm – 10:00pmPlease be aware that this schedule may change on a daily basis.
