Creative Support is seeking committed Female Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach. Our Preston Trauma Service provides three single bespoke adapted support living services for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and Trauma Histories. The Preston Trauma Service operates 24/7 to facilitate the transition and support of women moving from long-stay mental health institutions to their own homes in the community.
Role Responsibilities:
Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Due to the service's nature, you will work across the three services to meet the needs of our residents, adhering to company policies and support plans.
