Project Management Skills Coach - Associate Project Manager (Level 4)

Are you an experienced Project Management professional with a passion for developing others? We're working in partnership with a leading national training provider, rated Good' by Ofsted, to recruit a Project Management Skills Coach to support learners on the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity offering flexibility, a collaborative working culture, and the chance to support individuals in achieving nationally recognised qualifications.

The Role:
As a Skills Coach, you'll be responsible for guiding and supporting a caseload of apprentices through the Associate Project Manager Level 4 standard. You'll combine individual coaching and progress reviews with structured online delivery, including group workshops and tailored training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Training Sessions:
- Facilitate live, interactive online workshops and small group sessions to teach project management principles aligned to APM standards. Use case studies and real-life workplace examples to bring learning to life.
- Provide Individual Coaching and Support:
- Offer personalised, one-to-one mentoring and support throughout the learner journey, helping apprentices develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the context of their job role.
- Prepare and Deliver Learning Resources:
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, schemes of work, and digital materials to suit a range of learning styles, ensuring engaging and accessible delivery.
- Guide Learners Towards EPA Readiness:
- Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment by supporting portfolio development, reinforcing learning outcomes, and building confidence through mock assessments and reflection activities.
- Monitor Progress and Achievement:
- Conduct regular progress reviews, set SMART targets, and ensure learners remain on track. Record all learning activities and achievements on internal systems in line with ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Collaborate with Employers:
- Work closely with line managers and employer stakeholders to contextualise learning, ensuring it meets both business and industry needs.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Uphold the provider's high standards for teaching and learning, contributing to internal quality processes and continuous improvement activities.
About You:
- Hold a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Vocational experience in Project Management or a related leadership role.
- Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes or workplace training.
- Hold (or be working towards) an assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1).
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS, PGCE) is desirable but not essential.
- Confident using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- A professional, proactive, and organised approach to remote delivery and learner management.
