Qualifications

• Experience with adults with learning disabilities or mental health issues is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo training to achieve required qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual support plans and maintain communication with service users.
• Assist with meals, laundry, cleaning, and social events as needed.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.

• Implement individual support plans and activities

• Maintain accurate notes and records
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Personal Characteristics:
