Who you will be Supporting?
Our supported living services in Kent offer shared or self-contained accommodations for six young ladies with various disabilities, including autism. We focus on supporting people to live independently in their own homes, aiming to excel as a provider of quality care and support, with the individuals at the center of everything we do.
We support people to make choices and express their individuality. Personalisation is fundamental to our approach. Applicants must be flexible regarding working hours to meet the service needs. After training, sleep-in shifts are required (paid separately). We seek patient, understanding, proactive individuals who want to help the ladies we support thrive, learn, and become as independent as possible. The ladies enjoy activities like crafts, cooking, working, swimming, outings in London, and theme parks. We encourage social skills development. It's a rewarding environment with great people committed to making a difference.
