Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking Female Support Workers in Tunbridge Wells to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs in a supported living service. The role involves promoting independence and helping service users enjoy community activities, with shifts across 7:30am–10:00pm and a pro rata salary of £25,845 per annum.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive service vehicles.

Shifts are between 7:30am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, and you must be willing to drive the service vehicles.

About the Role

We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours of concern within a supported living service.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting people to develop their independence, achieve their goals and enjoy active, fulfilling lives.

The people we support love spending time in their local community. From walks in the park and swimming to bowling, shopping trips, cafés and restaurants, you’ll be supporting them to enjoy the activities that matter most to them. Because of this, you’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy driving the service vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing
