LifeWays in Torrance is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently in their own homes. You’ll support daily routines, community engagement, and personal development, making a meaningful difference every day.

Shift patterns:

Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Long days, short days sleepovers and some weekends on a rota basis
