Lifeways in South Lanarkshire is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live independently in their own homes.

You’ll support daily routines, encourage community involvement, and help individuals achieve personal goals while working as part of a caring team at Lifeways. This role also offers training and development opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Shift patterns:

Part time - 16 - 24 hour per week

Long days, sleepovers and some weekends
