Trevelyan is a residential care home near Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, supporting six adults with mental health needs. Roles include daily support, promoting independence, and assisting with health care and life skills.

Responsabilités

• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.

Please note we require a female support worker due to a genuine occupational requirement for the person we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
