Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Burry Port

Would you love a rewarding role supporting a client with a spinal cord injury in his own home? Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care.

Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injuries to live independently. We are looking for a Support Worker for our client's care package in Burry Port. Flexibility to work days and nights is essential.

Meet the Client

Our client enjoys painting, outdoor activities, exploring new areas, photography, and maintaining a healthy diet. An ideal candidate would share similar interests and be interested in traveling with the client, as he likes visiting seaside locations such as Cornwall throughout the year and is planning more short breaks.

Working Hours

• 3 shifts per week, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
• 24-36 hours per week
• Part-time role

Role Responsibilities

This role involves supporting our male client with a spinal cord injury at his home overnight, including personal care and moving and handling. No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
