Job description

Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker!

Location:

Henbury, Bristol

Salary:

£12.30 per hour (£23,985 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent.

Driving Requirement:

A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential.

Right to Work:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

Essential Criteria

To be considered, you should demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas:

  • Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Complex Care
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Supported Living Experience

As a Support Worker, you'll support individuals in living their best lives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Helping with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
  • Building relationships and understanding individual needs.
  • Empowering independence and supporting personal goals.
  • Supporting social activities and community engagement.
  • Ensuring respect, dignity, and equality for all individuals.
