Job summary

Sense is recruiting a Female support worker for our Kings Heath, Birmingham supported living service. You will provide 1:1 support to a woman in her flat, often working lone and across flexible hours including weekends. A full UK driving licence is required, and induction will be provided.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with residents and staff.
• Desirable experience in supported living or care settings.

• Maintain accurate records and handover information.
• Utilise positive behaviour support strategies to manage challenges.

We are seeking a Female support worker to become a part of our amazing team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham.

This role will be based in our service which has multiple 1:1 flats and you will be lone working.

The person you will support is a woman who lives in the supported living accommodation and enjoys the 1:1 support.

We are looking for a Support worker who can work on a flexible basis. You must be a good communicator and have positive behaviour support as this role can be challenging but very rewarding.

A full UK manual driver's license is required. This role requires flexible working across Mondays to Sunday with some bank holidays.
