Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker
Location: | Bicester, Oxfordshire |
Salary: | £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits: paid induction; overtime paid over 37.5 contracted hours |
Hours: | 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, shifts may vary due to the needs of the people supported) |
Contract: | Full-time, Permanent |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is essential. |
Right to Work: | Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer skilled worker visas. |

We are looking for individuals who can stay calm under pressure, are enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable handling challenging behaviours. A manual UK driving license and comfort with driving alternative vehicles are also required.
