Job summary

CJP Outreach seeks a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a young man named L in his family home in Bath. You will help him attend college, participate in community activities, and build life skills with patient, empathetic support.

No prior care experience is required; full training will be provided. Driving is essential, and you must have your own vehicle.

Qualifications

Female Support Worker Position

About L lives with his parents and two family dogs. He is a kind, caring young man with a fantastic sense of humour who enjoys a wide range of activities. He attends college, where he develops life skills that he enjoys practising at home. He is creative and artistic, enjoys sports, walking the dogs, Pokémon, and playing on his Nintendo Switch.

L has autism and ADHD and can sometimes experience anxiety. We are looking for a Female Support Worker who is patient, reassuring, empathetic, and able to encourage him to try new experiences while promoting his independence.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable Female Support Worker to support a young man, "L", in his family home in Bath.

No previous care experience is required full training will be provided. However, you must be a driver with your own vehicle as driving is essential to this role.
