Job summary

Mencap is seeking a Female Relief Support Worker for our team in Worksop. A driver is essential for this role and only candidates with a UK Driving License will progress in recruitment.

You will support individuals with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and providing emotional support in a busy 24hr care setting. Rotas are prepared 4 weeks in advance to help work-life planning.

Mencap is seeking passionate Female Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Worksop.

A driver is essential for this role. All candidates who do not hold a UK Driving License will not be able to move forward with the recruitment process.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
