We are seeking relief hour individuals to provide excellent person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities living within the Whitley Bay area. You will assist and develop the everyday living skills of our service users and support them to enjoy a wide range of activities.

We require positive and enthusiastic individuals who will demonstrate superb communication skills, work within positive behaviour support guidelines, and encourage tenants to live socially inclusive lives. The staff must be able to build trusting and friendly rapport with all service users at our Whitley Bay service and adhere to local and corporate policies in a dignified manner.

This role offers the opportunity to work across other services and with individuals with a range of support needs. We seek warm, motivated, and person-centred individuals with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.

This is a Relief Support Worker position allowing you to choose shifts that fit your schedule, making it ideal for balancing personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities.

You will be paid weekly, and a minimum of twelve months' experience is required for this role.
