Job summary

Active Care Group is hiring a Rehabilitation Support Worker (Female Only) for Kingly House in Hinckley. The role supports adults with personal care needs on a rota basis, including weekends, as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team.

You will help residents with daily activities, build trusting relationships, and report concerns to management. Salary is £29,849.78 FTE per year, pro rata based on the shift pattern and location. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to develop in care setting.
• Comfort with assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support our residents with all their personal care needs which include washing, dressing, toileting and nutritional needs.
• Provide high quality individualised care to our residents.
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each resident.
• Build relationships with residents, which are open and two way.
• Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary.
• Communicate any issues to the management.
• Accurately report and/or record work activities.
