Female PE Teacher – Wolverhampton

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic PE teacher ready for your next challenge? A well-regarded secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a female PE teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time supply role offers a fantastic opportunity to teach in a supportive environment where physical education is valued, and student engagement is high.

The Role
You’ll be delivering a broad and engaging PE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on participation, skill development and healthy competition. You’ll lead practical sessions, support school sports events, and contribute to the extracurricular offer. The department is well-equipped, and there is strong student interest in sport, especially among girls, with excellent facilities available.

The Candidate
  • We are looking for a committed and energetic PE teacher who can:
  • Inspire girls to develop a lifelong love for physical activity
  • Bring fresh ideas to the department and adapt to a variety of sporting disciplines
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Hold QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
  • Have recent experience teaching PE in a secondary school
  • This role is suitable for experienced teachers and confident ECTs with relevant school placements.
