Job summary

Complete Care Agency Ltd is seeking a female part-time support worker for night shifts across Leeds. You will provide waking night support to clients, some with complex needs, in their own homes, promoting dignity and independence with person-centred care.

We offer paid induction with full complex care training, up to 28 days annual leave, and a range of rewards. A driver’s license is not essential but advantageous; DBS check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, and catheter care.
• Supporting daily exercises where needed.
• Light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, organised environment.
• Preparing simple meals/snacks according to clients' preferences.
• Responding to client needs overnight and respecting their space and privacy.
• Following care plans and instructions carefully.

About the Job: Female Part-Time Support Worker - Nights

Are you a caring and reliable individual looking to make a real difference? We are currently seeking support workers to join our dedicated team providing waking night support to clients, some with complex needs, across the Leeds area.

About the Role

Make a difference to people's lives by enabling them to stay as independent as possible. Whether you're new to care or you're an experienced carer, we would be delighted to hear from you. We support a range of clients in their own homes across Leeds. You’ll be working night shifts to provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort throughout the night.

Shift Patterns/Hours

• Part Time.
• Weekends.

Location

• Leeds - We cover various areas of Leeds.
• Otley/ Guisely/ Bramley/ Pudsey/ Roundhay/ Seacroft.

Salary

• Basic rate £12.60 - £13.10 and bank holiday £18.00.
• Complex rate £13.00 – £14.43 and bank holiday £18.00.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to get to shifts across Leeds (including on weekends and bank holidays).
• Willing to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs.
• Being a driver or having access to your own vehicle is not essential, but it is an advantage.
