Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a registered paediatric nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the home of an 11-year-old girl with global developmental delay and a complex seizure disorder. You will deliver personal care, administer medications, and manage clinical interventions such as PEG-J, in a dedicated 1:1 setting.

Role requires UK-based nursing registration, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm on client shifts in Grays, with on-going

Qualifications

• 6 months nursing experience (UK based)
• Actively registered with the NMC
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Female Paediatric Nurse (RNC)

Location: Grays

Shifts/working hours: Monday – Friday: 10am until 6pm

Pay rates: £28.37 per hour (including holiday pay)

Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

As a registered paediatric nurse, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting our 11-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs including global developmental delay and a complex seizure disorder. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions which include deep suctioning, care and use of PEG-J and epilepsy (in-house training will be provided if required).

Role Requirements

• 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
• Actively registered on the NMC
• Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
