Where will I be working?

Our services in Stoke-on-Trent are based in the Meir Heath area, providing 24-hour supported living facilities for adults with Learning Disabilities. We accommodate up to 8 people with mild to complex Learning Disabilities. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.

Shift Patterns

This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is essential. You will work a range of shifts including waking nights and some weekends.

*Potential average earnings depend on additional shifts and sleep-ins where applicable.

**Sleep ins are not required in all services.

***Earnings may vary depending on overtime work.

Role Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your duties will include:

• Promoting independence of the people we support
• Supporting daily activities including cleaning, cooking, outings, and holidays
• Arranging activities in the home and community
• Developing residents' life skills and interests
• Helping residents stay safe and healthy
• Assisting with personal care and medication
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service monitoring
