Prestige Nursing & Care East Lancashire is seeking Professional Home Care workers to join our expanding team in Burnley. You will support clients in their homes, delivering compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support with mobility and transfers to help clients move safely.
• Help with meal preparation and light household chores.
• Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness or isolation.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report concerns to supervisors.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities and ensure safe transport.
• Follow care plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family and healthcare professionals.

Prestige Nursing & Care East Lancashire are seeking Professional Home Care workers to join our growing team to support clients in Burnley.

Having secured a significant amount of new work opportunities, we need compassionate, committed, caring staff to join our team and support our service users across the region.

We provide all staff members with our mandatory training programme, and further client-specific training where necessary. We offer our members a variety of work patterns with service users throughout East Lancashire.

We can offer flexibility with either full time, part time or bank position's.

The Role:

Tasks may include:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support with mobility and transfers to help clients move safely around their home

• Follow care plans meticulously to meet individual needs and preferences
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Hours

AM - 0700-1400 - Morning and lunch calls

PM - 1500-2200 - Teas and bed's

Requirements

• Valid driving licence
