Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker in Leigh to provide personalised homecare to a 1-year-old client and others in the family home. You will work nights (9pm–7am), delivering personal care, medication support, and clinical interventions under training.

The role requires compassion, professionalism, and the ability to work in a 1:1 setting, with opportunities for ongoing training and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Six months' care experience within the last two years (UK-based).
• Experience delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 client setting.
• Willing to learn complex care training.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional care.

Pay rates: from £15.19 - £17.10 hour (including holiday pay)

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting our 1-year-old male client within his family home, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients' clinical interventions that include tracheostomy, invasive ventilation, nebulisers, humidification and oxygen (all training will be provided).

Role Requirements

• 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based)
• Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
