Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes across Exmouth and surrounding areas. The role involves personal care, moving and handling, and supporting clinical interventions as needed, on a variety of day and night shifts.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months care experience (UK-based), experience with personal care, medication, and manual handling, and be comfortable working in a 1:1

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker

Exmouth

Location: Exmouth and surrounding areas

Shifts/working hours: Variety of days and nights

Pay rates: from £14.86 - £17.10 hour (including holiday pay)

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centred care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

Role Requirements
