Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide personalised homecare in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will perform personal care, moving and handling, and clinical tasks in a 1:1 home setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based).
• Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centered care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and clinical interventions.

Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker - Chelmsford

Location: Chelmsford and surrounding areas

Shifts/working hours: Variety of days and nights

Pay rates: from £14.86 - £17.10 hour (including holiday pay)

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

Role Requirements
